In addition to her clinical background, OnTaya specializes in EMDR to support clients in healing from trauma. OnTaya utilizes a person-centered approach which allows her to meet the client’s needs in finding a solution which will best serve them and build upon their existing strengths. When she is not counseling, OnTaya enjoys hiking, mountain biking, traveling, and spending time with her friends and family.
