Hannah Neubauer received her bachelor’s degree in psychology and associate’s degree in Criminology in 2020. Prior to becoming a Case Manager, Hannah worked at a juvenile inpatient substance abuse treatment center and completed an internship with the Idaho Department of Correction. Through her volunteer experience, Hannah has been trained in crisis management and has assisted in community resource building and reentry planning for those coming out of Idaho’s correctional facilities.

Hannah is passionate about challenging stigmas surrounding mental health and substance abuse disorders, and is actively working to become a Certified Peer Support Specialist. Outside of work, Hannah enjoys hiking, watching movies, spending time with her loved ones, and reading.
